reload your OS. reload the Google services apk and google play store apk. Most android apps are not going to work without those apks.

Before Everything was fine... Android app was working grt.. but I went to Android setting app and disabled all process as it was consuming too much battery.. then a I deleted all android app viz play store, Google play service, Google iD, Google account.
Now No Android app is installing completely?
It show green bar only and then " initializing please wait " then get closed suddenly.

If you deleted Cobalts stack (google I'd, Google play services,Google account manager etc) you need to reload the appropriate files again.
    Start with the following link....

Start from the beginning... make sure you have removed all versions of Cobalts files from your device and reinstall the necessary files as directed in the link provided.

If you are on OS version 10.3.2.2876 make certain that you have installed the BBW runtime fix before attempting to remove Cobalts apk files.

It isn't entirely clear to me what you have done to corrupt your device.
If you attempted the suggested fixes without success it is best to RELOAD your OS.
Connect to BBLink or use an autoloader to do so....Good luck!

If you went in with a 3rd party app and disabled all the random Android process... then yes, Android Apps are not going to work.

Use that 3rd party app to reenable all those process (hope you didn't delete them)... have to assume that if BlackBerry left them, they are needed. Then you can uninstall and reinstall Cobalt's Google Play Store and associated files.

But in the end, doing a wipe or reloading the OS might be the easier fix.

A Security Wipe (or use an Autoloader - faster) will remove everything. But then you would also probably want to avoid restoring any data. But I would use something like Fire Chest's Backup Pro to save some into.

Then you just start all over, but avoid messing with process in the OS.

Yes .. wipe will provide a fresh start but do it with BBLink or an autoloader.
