    Op is merely stating that his android apps will not connect to the Internet whereas apps from bbw will.

    Sorry OP I don't have a solution, but if you could provide the names of the apps that are problematic maybe others on the forum can help.

    Oh... now I understand.

    My perception is that in 10.2.x versions the Android runtime did not perform well with regards to network performance. Often I experienced slow connections which caused some apps to claim no Internet connection was available.

    10.3.1 resolved that.

    Download the Nova Launcher from Snap. It simulates an Android home screen. From the app, enter the settings, and see if you have your wireless connections enabled.
