    When I click on it it says accept or decline , I accept and then it disappears.
    I tried downloading it via Internet (the amazon appstore link) but it won't work... the icon disappeared for aa while but, now it's back..
    Can someone help me?

    Did you turn on the ability to install 3rd party apps on your device? Swipe down, select settings, then App Manager, then Installing Apps, make sure Allow Apps is turned on.
