I don't know what happened, but the amazon appstore app disappeared from my home screen and then reappeared! When I tried to open it the attached screenshot appears. When I push "Annehmem" to complete the new installation, the process breaks down and the home screen appears. Can anybody tell me what that is, and how I get back my Amazon appstore?

Did you try the obvious reboot yet? For the lulz, disable Amazon in parental controls and enable again. It should trigger the dialog in your screenshot.
Yes I did a reboot. I tried to find the parental control of the appstore, but couldn't... in the settings is said that I could change this controls in the settings of the app itself. But the app is downloaded and not installed...I can not open the app.
The only thing I have to offer is another screenshot, that I made of the app permissions...
