    Yes!
    I have downloaded netflix, live365 radio, amazon prime instant player, waze and some others that I erased later because they were old versions (some amazon apps and not updated often)

    If you have Q10 with 10.3 OS it's just a matter of downloading the app from Amazon, from their site. If you have 10.2 I dunno if it's the same or not since I only did it when I upgraded to 10.3.

    Go to the Amazon Web Page on your q10 and look for amazon app store.
    I got it from here Install Amazon Appstore
    Download and install it. That simple. Be sure to enable "Allow Apps from Other Sources to be Installed" in your phone. Find this on settings/app manager/installing apps.
