I see reference to FM radio on some smartphones, but never AM radio, and it is frustrating since there are so many other options for the music found on FM, but no other options for AM radio, and I would love to be able to listen to talk radio on my smartphone without having to access it by using my data dollars.

I suppose it's a technology limitation or something like that, but I, and I suspect many, many others, would consider AM radio access on their smartphone without having to go thru their data as a huge advantage.

Any chance the KeyOne will have AM radio capability? If no, any idea why not? Are you aware of any other smartphone that has AM capability? If none, could you please pass on the suggestion to Blackberry? What a differentiator that would be.

    Thanks.

If I remember correctly there's nowhere to put the AM antenna hardware without having the bulk and the antenna of a '90s phone.
