i am getting jvm error 545

What device you use? OS10, OS7 or earlier?

Best help: connect to BBLink (OS10) or DesktopManager (OS7 and earlier) and delete the complete software. Reinstall the OS!

He is definitively on a BBOS based device and all data on the device will be lost by the repair process.

My suggestion would be:
1) Download the latest OS for your device here: BlackBerry - Desktop & Device Software Download Sites for BlackBerry users - US
2) Install the file (No shortcuts for apps are installed - mostly file copying)
3) Locate "loader.exe" and execute "loader.exe /resettofactory" (see KB21918-How to use Loader.exe and the ResettoFactory command to restore a BlackBerry smartphone to factory default settings from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server)
4) Run loader again and install the OS.
5) Test device.
