After upgrade my BB Z10 10.2.1 to 10.3.1.634 there is no media files or memory showing, what is going on?

So what can i do now. i coudnt find most of the apps from 10.2.1 after upgrade. there is no file manager, evernote & lots of default apps

You have installed a developer OS which doesn't have these App's.

So how can i got that missing apps or which os i have to upgrade in my bb z10 10.2.1 stl100-1

Just install the newest complete OS, instead of a very old developer OS.

Search the leak forum for 10.3.1.1154.
