My wife's classic now gets everything very big, like zooming to 150 or higher when viewing a document, we both tried to reboot several times. Once turned off and then starts back up and has the race track thing to show how it is progressing will look normal for a bit and then jumps to a large size you know it didn't work. From then on everything is super-sized, you can get it smaller sometimes by pinching the screen but not always.

Any suggestions

Turn off magnifying mode
In setting - accessibility

I believe its the magnify mode is on, check this out,

Settings > Accessibility > Turn on Magnify mode.

Hi All,

I have had bb's for years and didn't even know this was available. Thanks, seems to have fixed it. Thank you very much. I love simple fixes. I thought I was going to have to do a full reload and wasn't looking forward to spending an hour doing that.

She had a rough day with it yesterday. Everything got shut off somehow (wireless, bluetooth etc) she even had to get a new sim card. Weird day - must have something to do with all the hacking that is going on worldwide..............hehehehe


PS - screen shots taken like that comes out normal.

Thanks Essoo for the info my Z30 was fine, wife's was always had a bigger display as soon as she touched it ,accessibility worked
