Hello. I have a Z30 that I've been using more or less happily for over a year. I think it's a STA100-5 model.

Last week my phone updated itself to a new OS, version 10.3.3.1435.

Ever since, I can't have a phone call last more than one minute and my text messages don't send. If I reboot the phone and disconnect from WiFi, it works better.

This is basically unusable. Is there a way to go back to the previous OS?

    Thanks!

No way to go back. But you may want to try a clean install of the OS using an autoloader.

Don't think you can go back on that OS, though, I have never really checked. Personally, I would wipe the device and re-install the current build and see if that works first. A fresh load vs. an OTA update does wonders. I'd try that before rolling back, but in either case, you can use an autoloader to try either method. - http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...rchive-943672/
