BB SD 8 month. The best device I've ever used..until yesterday. Updated as been told by Crackberry. After that everything went wrong. Start, after some minutes it stuck. Nothing is to do. Restart. Same thing. Seems that everything is gone . can't do anything. It's really sad...I'm really out of sense..
Anyone out there knows how to get solved...

what device do you have and what OS did you try to install? I take it you were updating by a PC? You are going to need to do this again and follow the same steps you were given.
BlackBerry. SE.. OS 10.3.2.2836....just made this update from BlackBerry World as proposed.. no computer was used.

How can BlackBerry as company or even Crackberry send message saying : just ready for download, a small update, 2 1/2 Gb..? Which has now destroyed my beloved Silver Edition...that’s indeed awkward...terrible why should I do this? How could I know about such a terrible thing happens ?
It stucks..I'll have to shut it down. And restart. Yes. After some minutes, stuck. And than the same ceremony. For about 15 times..seems that I've got to give it up..
