    hey archie
did you update OTA or used a leak ?
Have you verified all the apps are up to date within BBWorld ?

In addition to verifying/reloading these apps, I would suggest a volume-key reset.

How will I do that volume-key reset?

Hold down both volume keys till the screen goes black and the BlackBerry logo appears. Then let go immediately. It's called a hard reset.

Only on non-stl100-1 devices. If device is stl100-1 they must hold power button down until the BlackBerry logo appears. Ignore all other prompts to restart or power off.

No, all your settings will remain the same.
Superfly_FR and archieAPC Z10 like this.

Exact. Basically it's a "reboot, delete temp/cached items and read configuration from settings" process (simplifying here but you get the point).

Stl100-1 hard reset is done differently. Hold the power button down until BlackBerry appears. Ignore all the other stuff about turning off or reset. Bypass that. Volume key reset doesn't work on stl100-1
