If you loaded 10.3.3.746 you have the developer version only. Look in Thurask's repository for 10.3.3.2205. Your OS is crippled.

Thank you @brookie229. Unfortunately I'm still struggling to replace this OS with the "...2205". It fails to complete an autoload. Also tries "...2049" but fails too. I have to figure out how to do remove the. "...746".

Which device and variant of phone do you have?

What do you mean the autoloader "fails" ?

I have a Passport SE SQW100-4 that crashed when I did a reset originally running OS 10.3.2.2836. I couldn't find a link at that time so I downloaded the 10.3.3.746 (developers OS). I need to upgrade to a full OS like the "...2205 " or the..."2049 ". Both autoloader would start to run, load the RAM; and then say tracker failed and quickly shut down. At that point, the phone reboots to the existing OS.

Well, try downloading again. I suspect a bad download. Check the hash to confirm integrity this time.

@conite FYI, tried the link you provided, tried Mega share this time, took off BlackBerry software in my PC, reloaded drivers and BlackBerry link, run the autoloader and ran it. Did the same (seems like).

Open a command prompt/PowerShell window in the same folder as the autolader exe (Shift + right click in File Explorer > Open command/PowerShell window here), then run the autoloader through that. That preserves the error message it pops up.

Type ".\(name of autoloader).exe" without quotes and hit Enter. If you start typing then hit Tab it should complete all or most of the name.

@thurask The following is from the windows PowerShell after the autoloader had run,

    RIM Wireless Device Command-Line Auto-Programmer Version 3.11.0.27 (Win32) [Apr 15 2015 15:51:44]
Copyright 2012 Research In Motion Limited

    Connecting to Bootrom:

    Resetting Device:
    Resetting Device:
    Enter password (10 left): ******
    Connected

    [ Uploading RAM Image 0x0DD398B4 ] [############## 100 ##############]
    --> Failed to read trailer
--> Failed to read main QCFM header

    Error: Failed to load images.

Would there be another way to do this? I can almost live with this crippled OS if the BB Clock was fully functional and and Notification function can make my phone vibrate.

Are the hashes posted above the same ones you're getting?

Since you're using PowerShell, run this in the same folder as the autoloader:

    Get-Filehash -algorithm SHA1 .\(compressed_autoloader_filename).7z

7-Zip also has file hashes as part of the right click context menu, and it's what best extracts these files.

There's also a self-test function for the autoloader itself:

    .\(name of autoloader).exe fileinfo
