Your carrier will more than likely push out a higher/newer version of the leak. No big deal if they done though. You can always use another auto loader older version then take in the official version through your carrier update. More than likely my first option will be the case
Most the time... at least from what I have experienced, that hasn't been the case. Usually we have been on a higher "leaked" version than what the Carriers (US Carriers that take weeks or months to test and approve) will end up releasing. But then we use to get leaks every couple of weeks too...
OP.... if the Official release is a higher version, your device will see it and allow you to install it. If it is the same or lower version, you device will not see it. In that case you would need to manually download the OS and reinstall it, or downgrade to an older OS and then let the update take place.
I agree, but more than likely anything we are currently running is a lower version of an official OS as they are still a little Buggy. When we see another leak in the next few days (Ya I'm calling it! ), I would think that may in fact be a higher version than the official
