[CrackBerry Question]

I have a Z10 and I love it other than every time I have to answer a call, it's like my phone freezes. I used to keep it on vibrate almost all the time but I've had to switch to a ring tone because the person on the other end would hear about 3 buzzes before I could say "Hello". I also have a problem after I hang up that the call log screen freezes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Totally crap phone.
Overheating. Hang.
Restarting. For no reason.

Thanks! I will try this. I did try pulling the battery and it didn't help.
