    I am a tech at Northrop Grumman in Salt Lake City, UT have used the Blackberry desktop manager software to backup data for a customer, and now cannot restore the password data file he needs to have setup on the new device assigned him.

    Give us more info, what step asked for a password?

    Cant you send thim the backup file and instructions on how to restore? Surely he knows his password...
