I would like to add an event called TENNIS and I want to add JOHN DOE as a participant. I do not know how to do this if JOHN DOE does not have an email address, and even if he did, I do not want to send him an invite. Can I add participants (from Contacts list) that do not have an email address? Can I not send an invite?

I believe you need to have an email if you are going to send an invite. How else would you send it? And why would you add him if you weren't going to send the info?

    Thanks jaydee5799.
Let's say I have 4 different tennis partners and one day John and I are talking on the phone and we decide to play at 7pm next Tuesday and Thursday. I would not need/want to send him an email invite, but would like to see the 2 events on my calendar.

Still need an address, but then you have the choice of not sending the email notification. Just create dummy email addresses for them. Like dummyadd01@gmail.com

Or just enter John in the notes.
