Active frames closing automatically

Hi, I have a BlackBerry Z30. For some reason my active frames close automatically. This is really irritating for me. Sometimes I can be typing an important document and all of a sudden the app closes then I see the transparent window. Then everything that I was working on is lost.

Sometimes I could be using my browser and the app closes and all my information is gone.

I don't think this is a memory problem. I have 2.02 gigs free. How can I stop these frames from closing. If this keeps happening I will have to go to another platform.
