[CrackBerry Question]

I have a Blackberry 9930 and the external sound/speaker has stopped working. It was working Wed morning and then just stopped. I've routed around the web and found everything from youtube videos showing to tap the back of the phone to unloading apss (both done with no help). I've pulled the battery multiple times (no help). I even backed up the phone, wiped it and reloaded everything (no help). I don't want to dismantle the phone as I'm not sure I will get it back together correctly. Is it possible that my speaker driver has stopped working? The ear speaker works correctly and when hooked up through Bluetooth - the Bluetooth accessories work correctly. It is very frustrating not to have sound or ringtones. Any suggestions?
