    My wife and I received our new BlackBerry Privs and activated them minutes appart however she has OS 6.11 and mine in 5.11.
    how can I get mine updated to the new OS?

    Where did you buy them from? What carrier are you with? Are they factory-unlocked or SIM-unlocked? Which device variant?
