Can anybody tell me why the new update didn't come to south America? I know shure100% that in Argentina and Uruguay there is no update, time pass and people here still can t get the 10.3 actualization, it just a matter of waiting a little more time or what? I am disappointed that BlackBerry talk about NOTHING about this problem in south america... Waiting for answers and its a great community

BlackBerry has made it available to every carrier in the world. It's up to YOUR carrier to release it.

You can wait or you can install it yourself by using your computer.

1) Your Carrier is still testing it and might release it in a short while.
2) Your Carrier wasn't happy with it's performance and impact on their users. And is waiting for a better performing release.
3) Your Carrier isn't going to wast time updating devices that old, and you'll have to manually update your device.

Only your carrier can tell you... if they will. BlackBerry has very little control over what Carrier choose to do. In the future, they may include direct updates as part of their contract negotiations.
