It depends on whether you want to use an autoloader which will wipe your device or Sachesi to sideload a number of bar files and that will make no changes to your phone. Check the Leaked OS thread and look for 10.3.0.1154 and then follow the instructions in my signature for either way....

I was wondering if Snap works on 10.3 as well. I'm still a new Z30 user and am hoping to get the Passport (when it becomes available again). But it would be nice if I have some apps that I had bought on Google Play on it too.

Snap works perfectly fine on 10.3
You also have Amazon appstore preinstalled on 10.3.0.1052 upwards.
