    I have an unlocked Z30 in Canada and I don't have it yet either...it will come eventually.

    You have locked z10 with rogers right,then you will not get update from BlackBerry directly you will have to wait for rogers to rolls out for your z10.

    Mega is just a secure cloud storage provider on which u can save your stuff.
    And a link redirecting to mega for downloading autoloader or anything else is called mega link .

    Is your device SIM-unlocked, or factory unlocked (from shopBlackberry or Amazon NA)? SIM-unlocked devices still depend on the carrier.

    You said you're in India? If you bought your phone there and don't have postpaid service, it's highly likely to be factory unlocked.
