10.3.1 is going to for the legacy bb10 devices. they wont get 10.3. featurewise no real difference
I heard there's gonna be features like hiding folders and call block, is it true?

You lose Adobe flash on 10.3.1 and we're not for sure on the call blocking feature yet. We only have the ability to block emails as of now. Smh. Sucks actually.
