Is anyone out there on Fido with a .3.1.xxxx update on either a z10 or q10? I know they stopped rolling out then they started it again(still nothing for z10/q10), so I'm wondering wth is going on at this point. Did I miss a piece of news?

The only device that appears to be getting a 10.3.1 update over-the-air in Canada at the moment (at least at the time this post was written) is the BlackBerry Z30, which is currently being offered OS 10.3.1.1767. With that being said if you want to update your device sooner, you could always install 10.3.1.2582 (more info here) as it seems to be running pretty well for a lot of folks and fixes many issues that the previously offered 10.3.1 update had along with patching the FREAK security vulnerability.

Hello, I'm with Fido and I too cannot figure out how to download the latest OS. It downloaded automatically when it came out but because my phone was acting up, I reloaded the software and now I have the previous version, 10.2.1.3062. When I check for updates I'm told it's up to date. I followed a few suggested links to download the latest OS, but both times the file could not be opened! Very frustrating. Please let me know if you have any success and good luck!

I have not tried any leaks before. I'm so frustrated that I just might end up trying a leak. I know it's not rocket science, but I was never into leaks from the start. Same thing happened with me. I got it when it first came out and I always felt it never installed properly but didn't care enough to re-load it. Then yesterday it started acting up and the phone wasn't being responsive. When I tried to re-load, it showed me the previous version the .2.1. At that point I had no choice because I needed the phone to be usable.

I received the update through BlackBerry Link weeks ago.

Minor issues easy fixes and I am really enjoying my Z10. I'm on Bell network in Alberta Canada.
