Will it be ok If I will update my Z10 through sachesi as I got updated to .1565 or I should wait it to get OTA?
And I have also got 30mb update after 1.5gb update. I don't know what it was for.
Coming back to the point....will it be considered an official update or a leak?? Please be gentle guyss

Both of these software versions are the same from what I understand. If you have one you needn't do the other. They are the difference between 2243 and 2267.
Leave it be.
If you use sachesi to go from one to the other you need to use the live links. Considered a leak? Why does that matter How you get the OS does not matter to a carrier. You will have the official versions.

Okk....for some folks 2267 was a bug fixer over the 2243. That's why I was curious to know whether it is worth hovering over to 2267.

It isn't. Just regional radios as far as I know. 2267 is Canada.

Yes 2267 is a higher build, and one day newer than 2243. Yes 2267 has a number of slightly newer apps over 2243.

BUT in the real world, no one has pinned down a single functional, irrefutable difference between the two.

I have them both installed and see that 2267 system battery use is much lower.
I had 2243 + radio 2244 and 2267 + radio 2244. Since last week I installed radio 2268 when it comes available and the system battery use dropped from 28% to 15% in 24 hours.

Other people have reported the exact opposite.

It may be that some radios work better in some regions. Results could be different depending on where you are.

There are also a lot of other variables involved in the install process itself.

That could be right. The official update from my carrier ( proximus) is 2243. I'm in Belgium. But it seems that 2267 work better for me. Don't know the reason.

There is always a reason to have something new.
No matter if it is just one day newer.
BlackBerry would have launched the OS for some reason, so who knows.
