Hi, I made the following mistake: I open a BBMe account for personal use on my K2. Everything run perfectly. On PC as well.
Today I took my passport, I open BBM, it tranfer the account there. At the same time BBMe has been disconnected by both K2 and PC. I cannot log in again, "you have not the necessary authorization...". Note: I am using the same BBID both on Passport and K2. Question 1: is BBME allowed to be used on OS 10 devices and Android at the same time and with the same account? Question 2: if yes, what have did wron and what should I have to do? Question 3: if not, how can I log in again on K2? Thank you....!

BBMe prosumer sign-in is not supported for BB10 devices at the moment, you need a real BBMe account for that ($40).

To log back into your K2, switch back to BBMc on the Passport and sign in. Now try signing into BBMe from the K2.

I am in the same boat with my Classic. Yes I get the server error. In BBMe it appears as activated.

Just to get this all straight,
Passport is on BBMc, K2 is on BBMe.
K2 was signed in, you signed in with same account on Passport thus signing out of K2.
Now you can't sign back in on K2.

    All correct?

Hmm, I've done the same without an issue.
What exactly happens when you try to sign in on the K2?

(sorry for delay, I am located in Italy). well, since I register on BBM on Passoprt, BBME on K2 stp working, the screen appea with the following wording: you don't have the necessary authorizations for BBM Entenrprise usage. if your organization have a valid subscription, contatact your system administrator for further information. for individual subscription purchase use the button below.
the below button is only one and is namend "close" .
when I tap on it, I am requested to choose how to enter BBMe by tapping "access with your BBID" or "activate by blackberry UEM" . of course i tap on the first botton, than the registration page apper ( email an pwd to be enterend). It looks is doing something (the wheel appear on the center of the screen and spins) but than...back to the initial page.
I have unistall bbme, turn off the k2, install bbme again, no way.
note: due to translation, the wording I report above may not be the same you are finding on the english version

I just tried that, exactly that. Forward and back. It works (with limitations on the Passpoprt: contacts synced, content not synced, no groups)

I think the problem is that, if I understood you correctly), you used your BBID on your K2 and then tried to sign into your Passport with it. You can't take a BBID that you use in Android, and then sign into a BB10 device with the same BBID anymore. Try making a new BBID for your Passport, sign in with it, and use your new ID also with your K2. You can share a BBID from BB10 to Android, but not from Android back to BB10.

You do NOT need to download BBMe for the Passport, or change its PIN (in fact you can't - BB10 PINs are hard coded to the device). Your BB10 PIN should be fine to chat with other BBMe friends, once you add each other's PINS to your respective BBM Contacts.

Hi, no I still stuck at the point that I still cannot access bbme on k2. Say that having this on Passport is (unfortunately) less important). Thanks for any suggestion

Yes, open a new BBID has always been my B plan, I am pretty sure it will work, I will use this in case the actual one cannot be recovered. Thanks

This was the case with Emtek BBMc, not so with BBMe.

Yes but he hasn't switched to BBMe yet - he's still using his Emtek PIN, and was trying to log into the Passport with the same BBID. He needs to first convert his K2 to BBMe before he'll be free of Emtek.

This was the case with Emtek BBMc, not so with BBMe.
