Your asking people who think they're security minded if they'd want something on their phones that they believe is insecure?

I can tell you your answer: majority of people will be a resounding "no"

Most people here are extremely anti-google for varying reasons.
I love Android, but I also enjoy BB10. The only thing I would like to see on my z30 is Google services.

What would be the point? What would a Z30 running Android do that a Nexus 5 or S5 can't already?

No, if I would like Android I would buy Android, I want BB10, you may change the hardware, be it Foxconn or whatever but leave the OS and that wouldn't matter too much as long as they bring the same hardware quality and features of a BBRY.

No. Only a pair of Android apps are of any interest and BB10 is a better OS IMHO.

Hell no. Android is so overrated. It has more apps. Big deal. BB10 runs so much smoother than android and you can pretty much do all the same things you can do on android.

While I agree that BB10 is very smooth (I love the OS), Android definitely isn't laggy like it was a couple years back. I would honestly put the two neck and neck as far as fluidity is concerned (at least when compared to my old Nexus 5 and One M8). What's far more impressive about BB10 is how it can perform so well with such midrange hardware. That's what I love about the OS the most -- just how efficient it is.

Why take an os that can only run one type of app over a os that can run two types and probably three if a authorized apple runtime existed and was approved?

Os10 is the superior os because of this. No other os can run different apps from different companies.....its not rocket science, just superior.

You guys dont get it. People here love BB10 OS, and love androids app selection.....that has nothing to do with Android's core OS at all. Also while the M8, Z2, and S5 may run butter smooth the androids of even just a year ago did not run nearly as smooth as BB10. My Z10 makes my friends s4 look crazy laggy by comparison.....its embarrassing if you're an android fan tbh. The new flagships though do run much smoother thats for sure, but ultimately irrelevant as people here for the most part just want the google services and app selection integrated with their BB10 OS experience.

I want Google Services running within the Android sandbox in BB10. Not Android for everything.

Tell me why. I really do not understand it. What are you missing without Google Service? Apps? Are there not enough alternatives in BlackBerry World already? I don't get it why some want Google Service on a BlackBerry? Why not buy an android if you really want it?
