BlackBerry Ltd (BBRY): An Open Letter To BlackBerry Management And Directors - Seeking Alpha
Blackberry board of directors in JAIL...
I was just about to post this... It's not 100% Gospel but TH and Co. do need to read this.
Indeed, it deserves to be headlined on Crackberry's main page for community discussion. It is apparently thoughtful and well-researched. Much more than that Globe article even. Is there anyone here with the pull to make that happen?
I'm confused. The article, while consentrating the well discussed issues all in one place, really doesn't present anything new. I fail to see the value of rehashing these issues, other than to further illustrate how screwed up Blackberry is to a wider and wider audience.
I'd be a lot more interested in what Blackberry needs to do to address the very serious issues they face and how to move forward, without shutting the company down. I'm sure the BOD is looking at the situation with great intensity and self interest.
There is NO WORD from the company CEO at all regarding the companies position. Even to come out and state a message of stability. He had no problem making on air statements prior and up to the release of Z10 that the US could not get at launch. And the re branding name change.
Yet now not a word. Nothing in defense of the company or to calm the fears and concerns of the user base or future "prosumers".
We can only state the repeated obvious so many times. BBRY continues to repeat one known reality and that to me is their in ability to operate out side the lines. Who is managing their "Key Accounts" and who actually listens?
Who is driving this ship because up to this point all appear to be usless or exhibiting a form of arrogance that has all but brought the company to its knees.

At this point I believe Heins can found at these coordinates.

Meh. Don't want to register to read the full article. What is he saying? Should they have stayed focussed on QWERTY-devices? Page 1 sounds like that.
