    Overall, the article wasn't biased until he referred to BlackBerry as a company with "outdated" products... (that pissed me off a little)

    Well,.. 'outdated' products (whether technically or simply in popular perception) is what got them to this point; so, bias aside, the article would be incomplete if it didn't at least mention it.
