BB has been going about this all wrong. Their current plan is the same strategy Nokia took,
1. work furiously towards a new os
2. abandon the OS
3. use a competitor os
4. give up and call it quits.
What BB should have done was double down on BB10. Sure it wasn't great but it could have been betterj, they could have made BB11, BB12 etc, innovate, do newer better things for mobile. For a while they seemed to be getting some traction with the Z-30, then it just went sideways by first allowing Android apps to run, and now it's a full blown android phone. Confidence in BB10 is gone, Android is going nowhere. BB is going nowhere. I don't see how they recover from this. Security means nothing if you don't own the ecosystem, Apple is eating their lunch. Apple. nuff said.
