Using blackberry Z10 for the past one year, the only cons I felt are :
    1) Touching the screen instantly turns of ringing. So, keeping the phone in pocket mutes the incoming calls.
(BlackBerry should have included an on-off system for this facility)

    2) Date and time is lost when the phone is restarted.
    (Nothing major)

3)When charging a completely drained phone, phone turns on but there is no indication of charging and the phone does not charge. I have to disconnect and reconnect the charger to initiate charging.( Only then the charging symbol appears)

4)Metal shavings are getting accumulated in the rear speaker and now the speaker rattles. It is not magnetically shielded. (I use the phone carefully, no rough use what so ever)

    For Pros... thers alot
Calls getting muted unintentionally is the biggest problem, hope BlackBerry will provide some software patches fo the same in their upcoming updates.

Yes, it's kinda convenient if you're in a meeting, but I struggle with the Passport in the pocket, it almost always instantly turns off ringing.

That leads to missed calls. Yes, I'd like to see an option here. Please enlighten, if it's there in the menu already... :-)
