Does This Set A Good Example to Employees?

I realize BlackBerry executives have to get around, but is this a bit much? Yes, they saved money by getting rid of two planes for this one, but I could think of cheaper ways to travel. (Total cost $27 million) This comes at a time when they need to trim staff. To me, it does not look good. That's just me though. How about you? I do like the Crackberry interior.
