Okay, so we're at that point, either they'll be bought or BlackBerry will go the way of Web OS. For what it is worth, if they get bought out this is what I think they should do:
1 - Open a competition with a prize of $1 million to design the next handset. Choose a design that will set the phone apart from the rest. We need a handset that makes people go "Wow!"
2 - Stack the phone with top end specs, and 1 'feature' that has never been seen on a phone before.
3 - Price it at just above cost.
4 - Call it the Blackberry Phoenix (ie rising from the ashes of the old BlackBerry)
5 - Hire the ad agency that Apple or Samsung use.

Well that's what I would do!

I'd try to find someone to take this clunker off my hands before the engine dies in it.
