    Let's face it, this is likely going to happen eventually, why not now?

    BlackBerry should just acquire SecuSmart. Integrate that security into their devices as a standard feature OR as a less expensive add-on for certain corporate and government clients.

    Security is the in thing right now. Merkel's got one, loads of other government officials do. They've even introduced a new encrypted desktop VoIP system, BBM Voice addition anyone?

    I suspect they will eventually do it, but my fear is they do it once SecuSmart's value has increased greatly as opposed to at the moment. The early bird catches the worm, apparently Apple is working on some security improvements, of course not BlackBerry class, but maybe White House class...

    Thats a nice idea. A secusmart chip costs cca. 2000 EURO , so BlackBerry could make good deals with this kind of Investments.
