A fun idea for rewarding diehard fans:
Have an employee scour the forums for a week.
Compile a list of the posters who are:
Biggest fans,
Most beneficial to the company,
Most in touch with the direction of BlackBerry, and
Offer the the best ideas.

Have these people sign an nda, vet them, and offer them an all exclusive peek into the future of BlackBerry. Full access for two days into future projects, a half day of pitching ideas to the board, all their opinions on the direction of the company.

Would be a great reward for people who are dying to see what is in the works and to show some love to the ambassadors of the brand.

An interesting idea. I don't think it very likely to happen, with BlackBerry's current focus on the business side to get safely back into the ballgame. In the future? Maybe.
