Is there a way for me to sync my iPhone with my PC here at my office w/o it wiping everything from my iPhone?

I have my iPhone sync'd at home but would like to be able to sync it here at work - however - when I look at the option in iTunes to sync it appears that it will wipe out my iPhone of all my music, contacts etc etc?

Is this true? I'm an iTunes neophyte. If it is true - is there some way for me to xfer all the contents from my iPhone 3GS to my work PC before a sync so I don't lose everything?

Technically iTunes only lets you sync to one computer (which helps cut down on the transfer of copyrighted material between computers).

    You can try this though.

IF you jailbreak the iPhone, you can download "SwapTunes" from cydia, or Icy, and then just open it, and it will immediately close, but then you can sink to another pc, without losing any data from the previous sync
