When I bought my iPhone from Apple, I took it into At&t to see if they could nove it over but they couldnt because the thing they use to move them, was not compatible with OS 3.0 yet. You may want to check to see if At&t is capable. Since they werent, I spent the time typing them in to Outlook and then I synced my iPhone to iTunes. There could be a easier way that Im not aware of but thats all I could figure out.
If you have your contacts stored on your sim, you can important them from the sim.
Settings --> Mail, Contacts & Calendars --> Scroll to bottom --> "Import SIM Contacts"
Sync with outlook. Sync from your Bold via desktop manager. Then, under the info tab in iTunes, there is an option to sync contacts with outlook.

How do I store them on my sim card VIA Bold?
The incredibly cute girl at the ATT store xferd my Curve list to my iPhone for me. :) I have a 3gs so whatever they use to do it must be compatible with 3.0 now. I'd try your local ATT store if you have one handy.
I thought you cant store them to SIM on a BB? Or am I wrong?
It does, BUT you have to do one at a time and it only transfers the name and main (one) number and NOTHING else. It was a lot easier to use outlook sync. Than you all for your help.
This is exactly how I did mine. Worked great!
i just bought my Iphone this monday...in my case, it was the cute guy with a smile at the ATT store who transferred my contacts from my Bold to the Iphone!
