Ok, I promise this is the last question about jailbreaking. I am wanting to jailbreak my I4 and it is still under warranty, is there any way that apple can tell my device has been jailbroken if I restore it? Thank you everyone for your patience.

No, unless for some really out of the ordinary reason it cant be restored. Ive never heard of one that stayed "stuck" on the jailbreak. It's so simple to restore.

Jailbreaking it can cause your phone to be in an infinite loop if you don't know how to restore it properly, which is when you will take it to an Apple store, and get it restored via appointment. Just don't tell them its Jailbroken, or else they will void the warranty.
