VZW scores again. Open network, moving to LTE, and now they might get the iPhone.

this is years away, and apple would need to release an LTE version. LTE wont be backwards compatible with gsm or cdma. but good to know that theyre heading in the right direction.

It won't be backwards compatible.. But it won't be replacing either technology either. Just putting that out there before the chicken littles start crying "Mandatory Upgrades!"
