    I heard that if you poke some holes on your iPhone 4 the speaker will sound alot louder? Anybody know how accurate this is? I hate to make a hole on the bottom screen

    Lol wtf... Why would you even want to poke holes on your iphone, that would basically cost you like 100-200 if you try to sell it and get the ip5 lol

    While the external speaker volume could be a little louder, what I do for my homemade ringtones is run them thru software that increases the db level of the audio file. I up it loud enough before it starts clipping. Then when I download it for a ringtone, it plays pretty loud.
