I heard the 3G has a updated coming that will allow it to have a video camera. Has anyone else heard this? I called AT&T and the guy I was talking to was trying to get me to get a 3G vs 3GS.

I have not seen any rumors of this. I'd say it won't happen.

Well I have a 3Gs it's for my mom. And she doesn't really care with one she gets.

I don't believe that is going to happen. You can jailbreak (hack) the device and get video on the 3G or even 2G, but it won't be as good in quality. Software can only go so far.

yeah don't listen to att reps. I called to upgrade to the 3gs and the guy was telling me the update did everything the 3gs did minus the battery life. I told him, well even if that was the case I still wanted to upgrade. for the phone s means speed but for the phone reps i think it means stupid
