Hey guys, was hoping someone can help me... I just had a customer call to tell me our email system is sending him a text message everytime he receives an email. The text message starts with 1410000-020 and the next will be 021 and so on... I informed him that its virtually impossible on our end to do that since our system has no record of his phone number.... He said it just started 2 days ago and this has never happened before.
Anyone hear about this? Or know if theres a setting?
