Ok fella's,

I'm normally in the storm forum but my girlfriend has an iPhone that is in recovery mode.

My question is this: If I proceed with recovery mode through iTunes, will she loose all of her contacts and stored data?

She says it has been backed up. How long ago she did it, I have no clue. I just downloaded the update and it's restoring now. I'm praying it restores her numbers or I'm up **** creek without a paddle and a hole is in my kayak.

It's actually almost done restoring now. Will it automatically load her numbers?

Everything worked out fine. Only flaw was having to update iTunes to 8.2 but other than that, it went very smooth.
