Why go to the store jsut to preorder? You can preorder on Apple.com and theyll ship it to you and youll get it on launch day without leaving your house for it or any lines.

I like the warranty plan at best buy the black tie program if I have problem most times they will swap it out. I did that with 3 bold 9000 and I hear radio shack does the same

Yeah I do agree, the best buy black tie coverage is the best.
I haven't read anything about Best Buy getting the iPhone 4 on launch day. Maybe they will. But I wouldn't doubt that on the 15th, pre-orders are only through Apple followed by AT&T. After that then available through Best Buy, walmart etc...
Just read an article on BGR and TiPB that says Walmart, Radio Shack and most like Best Buy will be selling iPhone4 on launch as well. Not sure about pre-orders though.
