Some Android phones now even use the same microSIM as the iPhone, thus requiring no microSIM adapter.
However, your carrier (you left it off your profile) may or may not require different provisioning. ie: Your iPhone data plan may not be compatible. If they do, then you would need to change your plan, if not -- then nothing else is required other than a SIM swap.
