    In preparation for my switch to the iPhone 5 (coming from BB), can anyone instruct how to create a playlist based solely on genre?

    On my BB media player, I can create a playlist based on multiple genres and shuffle them.

    Is this possible to do purely on the phone?

    Kevs your playlist will be built in iTunes then synced to your phone....and iTunes automatically figures out what genres of music you have.....
