They're allowed to make crappy keyboards that don't have Blackberry patents.

I believe that Microsoft has some Nokia patents that would allow them to make some pretty nice keyboards. AFAIK Apple have none and have never made a phone with a PKB.

If Microsoft has thoes patients than Apple would be able to use then since Apple and Microsoft has a cross licence agreement to share and use eachother patients.

So now, what happened to that TYPO by Ryan Seacrest? Samsung also came out with their pkb case, which a lot review were saying "likely to make a mistake when typing"
