    Anybody else get in on the public beta?

    I'm running OS X 10.10 (14A299l) on a 50g partition of my mid 2012 15' rMBP.

    So far I love it. But I'm not able to do the neat continuity stuff as i don't have anything with the Beta iOS 8 on it.

    Anybody else?

    I was tempted to sign up for the public beta, but since my MBA is my primary computer, I ultimately decided not to load it up with a beta OS.

    Never even thought about it. I might load it on my iMac as I use my MBP more often now.

    Gotta love TimeMachine backups for this same reason.

    I am running it since first developer preview. I found no new interesting features for me cause I don't have iPhone to test "link".

    I'm running it on my late 2013 13' retina MBP and it works great. I can't wait for the real deal.

    My MBP is my primary laptop and I have run into no problems at all. I'm not running iOS 8 (even though I can), but even without it it still works very well.

    I'm curious to hear from some graphics design folks or someone that lays out websites with it. Apparently they brought back "dark mode" just for those guys, and I wonder if they're happy with it.

    I have the same rMBP as you, and was, or am, tempted to try the Yosemite beta.

    There are apparently issues with the iCloud compatibility with Mavericks. Also reported is a dark screen when using an HDMI external monitor. Even Mavericks has had some issues with HDMI.

    Aside from the different icon appearance, have you noticed any significant changes, improvements, new issues?
