My wife is trying to talk her boss into getting her an iphone. In order to do this, she has to convince the boss that it would be practical. Can anyone tell me what type of business apps/features can she expect to use, in order to make it worthwhile?

It would be easier to open Word documents etc on the go, and browse to Monster.com and other job related websites much quicker than a Blackberry.

Better HTML email rendering and NO TRUNCATED emails to an iPhone. Full mailbox sync via ActiveSync (if they have Exchange for an email server), but the admins might argue that they use BES as well, depends on what they have really.
